Overview:

Leanox Impact Capital is a venture capital fund based in Berlin, dedicated to investing in startups that drive positive social and environmental impact. We are seeking a Visiting Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission by supporting various aspects of our investment operations.

Responsibilities:

​​​

• ⁠Analyse startups: Conduct thorough analysis of potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial analysis, and due diligence.

​​

• ⁠Prepare internal investment memos: Create detailed investment memos to present potential investments to the investment committee.

​

• ⁠Manage relationships with founders: Build and maintain strong relationships with founders of portfolio companies, providing support and guidance as needed.

​

• ⁠Source startups and attend pitch events: Actively source new investment opportunities by attending industry events, pitch competitions, and networking with entrepreneurs.​

​

• ⁠Support in fundraising efforts: Assist in sourcing Limited Partners (LPs) and contribute to fundraising activities.

Requirements:

​

• Currenty enrolled in a bachelor or masters programme.

​

• This position is funded through the Erasmus+ program, and applicants must be eligible for Erasmus+ funding.

​

• Available for a minimum of 4 months.

​

• Outstanding analytical skills and detail-oriented: Ability to critically analyze complex information and attention to detail is essential.​

​

• ⁠Proactive, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to a dynamic environment.

​

• ⁠Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment: Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

​

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English: Clear and effective communication skills are necessary for preparing reports, memos, and interacting with stakeholders.
