Overview:


Leanox Impact Capital, a venture capital firm based in Berlin focusing on investments with social and environmental impact. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the venture capital industry and contribute to building our online presence and brand awareness.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Boost Our Online Presence: Lead the charge in crafting and executing dynamic strategies to amplify Leanox Impact Capital’s online presence. Engage audiences across social media, websites, and diverse digital channels, creating a buzz that positions us as thought leaders in the venture capital space.

  • Rock Our LinkedIn: Take charge of our LinkedIn page by creating captivating content. From posts and articles to impactful updates, you will boost our brand’s visibility among top industry professionals.

  • Transform Our Website: Keep our digital home fresh and compelling. Regularly update and maintain the company’s website with the latest content, news, and portfolio highlights, ensuring it remains a go-to resource for our audience.

  • Spotlight Events & Networking: Be our eyes and ears in the industry. Identify and delve into relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities that elevate our brand presence. Represent Leanox Impact Capital and forge valuable connections to enhance our market standing.

  • Enhance CRM Mastery: Play a pivotal role in optimising our CRM system. Manage data entry, update contact information, and track key interactions, ensuring our stakeholder relationships are robust and well-documented.

Requirements:

  • ​Currently enrolled in a bachelor or masters programme.

  • This position is funded through the Erasmus+ program, and applicants must be eligible for Erasmus+ funding.

  • Available for a minimum of 4 months.

  • Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating compelling content and engaging with stakeholders.

  • Research skills: Ability to conduct thorough research, analyse data, and identify relevant industry events and opportunities.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented: Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English: Clear and effective communication skills are necessary for preparing reports, memos, and interacting with stakeholders.
